Hi, I'm Jess. A design generalist who grew up in graphic design and slowly found her way into product.

I'm a Senior Product Designer based in Singapore, originally from Indonesia. I've been here for over 11 years, studied art and design, and started my career making things look good before I started caring about why they needed to work better. These days I find myself most at home at the intersection of craft and strategy.

I've had the privilege of working at some places I'm really proud of. At Figma, I was the first Designer Advocate in APAC, helping design teams across the region collaborate and design better, while working closely with product teams on features that improved how designers and developers work together. At Meta, I designed support experiences for Instagram advertisers and creators. Before that, I helped build app.sync.gov.sg at Open Government Products, a COVID-19 health verification platform that served 160K+ users in four months. Most recently, I led growth design at Employment Hero, helping businesses convert from free to paid on their own terms.
